Phase 1: Kilimanjaro

The first pilot program was an expedition to Mt. Kilimanjaro. Future programs are in the planning stage in Taiwan/ China, Hong Kong, ASEAN region and the Middle East.

Each pilot program involves emerging leaders from around the world coming together to:

• Learn practical tools from thought leaders on "leading beyond borders"
• Demonstrate the possibilities of a diverse international team by overcoming personal and leadership challenges

A documentary film of the first pilot program on Kilimanjaro has been produced by an Indonesian TV station

Phase 2: Program Rollout

• Up to 500 participants per year worldwide, contingent on corporate and diversified global funding.
• Broader target groups; regional leadership development, NGOs, multi-national corporations, associations and universities.
• Alumni form an expanding, engaged network of enlightened global leaders—The Outward Bound Leadership Network—to continue collaborating and working together on a variety of issues and programs.
